Interphone Brain Tumors Studies To Date: An Examination of Poor Study Design

A presentation titled, INTERPHONE STUDIES TO DATE, AN EXAMINATION OF
POOR STUDY DESIGN RESULTING IN AN UNDER ESTIMATION OF THE RISK OF BRAIN
TUMORS, was given at this year's Bioelectromagnetics Society (BEMS)
meeting (San Diego, CA June 8-12).
The essence of the presentation was there are multiple design flaws in
the Interphone Protocol, each resulting in an underestimation of tumor
risk. As a result of these flaws, the examination of 10 Interphone
studies on the risk of brain tumors from cellphone use, found 60
statistically significant protective results showing use of a cellphone
protects the user from brain tumors.

Four pops, actually. Faster than a speeding kernel _ YouTube viewers around the planet became eyewitnesses to something that looked like corny fun-time science. Here’s what they saw: Four corn kernels on a table cloth, surrounded by four cell phones, lying flat and pointed at the kernels. Four young folks dialed their cell phones. The ringing commenced. Suddenly _ pop…pop...pop...pop. Lo, right before our eye-witnessing eyes, the corn jumped and popped into popcorn.
